Refund policy

We are sad to say but we are closing down our business and therefore ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. We understand that a perfect fit is most important for the comfort of the dancer. For this reason, please make sure you choose the correct sizing. Dancewear usually runs on the smaller side. If you are not sure which size to select,  please feel free to text or call us at 228-243-1171, we are more than happy to help guide you.

Exceptions to Exchange and Return Policy:

  • Tights, Underwear, Undergarments, Hair accessories, Makeup, Dance bags, Garment bags, and Jewelry- THESE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES
  • Any returns that absorbed the scent of perfume, deodorant stains, smoke or incense
  • Any shoes that have been scratched OR used on surface other than carpet
  • Special Order Dance Wear and Shoes
  • Final Sale/Clearance Items and
  • Gift Cards

We will accept products that have been tried on, however in case of any sign of actual “use” of the product, Exchange and Return Policy will not apply.

Here is how to make your Exchange or Return:

  • Contact us at 228-243-1171 or send an email to raisingthebarrems@gmail.com and we can issue you a return label
  • Please use a shipping box or reuse the box your order arrived in.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and we will refund your purchase amount less any shipping cost. In the case of a rare flaw or incorrect shipment, please call our office before you make your return. Any returns received after 14 days from the date of time delivery will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Please keep a record of the tracking number if you are using the FedEx label we provided. You may also choose a method of shipping of your choice. We are not responsible for any lost packages nor any returns that have not arrived.
